The idea of creating The Embassy arose the desire to escape the stereotype of “just another Spanish restaurant”. The Embassy is inspired by Spanish cuisine, using modern and traditional techniques to develop truly mouth watering dishes.

Hosted by Estrella Galicia’s Brand Ambassador and The Embassy Executive Chef Gustavo. Born in Andalusia-Spain, Gustavo has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working across the world, with chefs such as Martin Berasategui (winner of 12 Michelin stars), Joan Roca (winner of 3 Michelin stars) and Eneko Atxa (winner of 3), and many more! The menu at The Embassy and particularly the menu for this very special event, takes inspiration from the wealth of experience Gustavo has developed over his many years in the industry.
