London Restaurant Festival Galician Gastronomy

Explore Galician gastronomy on your doorstep with the UK’s best Spanish chefs at London Restaurant Festival.

Spanish brewer, Estrella Galicia, has teamed up with the best Spanish chefs in the capital to bring a celebration of Galician cuisine to London.

As part of the London Restaurant Festival, a series of dining experiences will take place across the city inspired by the Spanish region of Galicia. Its unique landscape and climate makes the region perfect for brewing and has a distinctive culinary identity famous to foodies across the world.

The month-long festival includes two days of Restaurant Hopping Tours through five of the city’s top Spanish eateries, bespoke tasting menus at renowned dining spots and London’s Longest Lunch – six course lunch across two Brindisa restaurants at different locations with a cruise along the River Thames to take you from one restaurant to the next.

This year, the Spanish brewer collaborated with renowned London restaurants including Barrafina, Brindisa and Sabor, headed by Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barragan.

David Fernandez, International Marketing Director, said: “London’s diverse restaurant scene is the perfect setting to explore the taste of Galicia in the UK. We have worked closely with the London Restaurant Festival to create a programme of gastronomy experiences inspired by one of Spain’s most unique regions.”
