Galician dinner with Chef Yago: 6 courses & Estrella Galicia beer

Galician cuisine is genuinely extraordinary. Join us on 11th April at Brindisa Battersea (7:30pm) to enjoy a Galician dinner with 6 mouth-watering traditional dishes from Head Chef Yago paired with Estrella Galicia beer and in conjunction with Great British Chefs.

THE MENU
6 traditional Galician recipe dishes paired with Estrella Galicia beers:

1- Empanada de Bacallau con pasas paired with Estrella Galicia 0.0% Alcohol
A classic dish from Galician Cuisine, incomparable flavour coming from the combination of the sweet of the raisins and salty touch from the preserved cod

2- Vieira á galega paired with Estrella Galicia Gluten Free
The traditional Scallops on their shell with iberico ham dices and cooked au gratin with their “a la gallega” sauce

3- Salpicón de polbo á grella con crema de aguacate paired with a caña (small beer from tap) of Estrella Galicia Premium.
A Galician spring and refreshing hodgepodge salad with grilled octopus on avocado cream base.

4- Ramen de Lacón con grelos paired Estrella Galicia Premium bottle.
One of the most famous Galician dishes in a Ramen style with Pork shoulder meat and “grelos”, the well-knowed galician turnip tops.

5- Taco de Zorza paired with 1906 Reserva Special.
Diced and spiced pork meat marinated with paprika and olive oil, served on a filloa crepe.

6- Coulant de tarta de Santiago paired with 1906 Black Coupage.
Our lovely almond tart with a melted heart core, served with vanilla ice cream and a base of orange jam
