Hosted as part of Brindisa’s month-long celebration of Galicia, experience a true Galicia menu celebrating the very best produce from the region. Galicia is located right in the top western corner of Spain, right above Portugal. A unique part of Spain, it has its own customs, culture, food and even language. Because of the region’s unique location, Galicia is one of Spain’s top seafood regions, and many of its most famous dishes are based on fish or shellfish. You will find this and much more featured as part of the menu.

Enhance your Spanish ingredients knowledge learning from the best by taking part in intimate experience, guided by expert chefs. With Owen gets hands-on in assisting to prepare lunch, and with Monika watch as her and Head Chef Tom prepare lunch talking through the dishes.

This hands on experience will start with ingredients prep for the first two hours in the kitchen – assisting to prepare elements of the menu for lunch, focusing on key Spanish ingredients using simple techniques to elevate your cooking. Then try your hand at Estrella Galicia’s ‘Perfect Pour’ under the watchful guidance of Estrella Galicia’s Brand Ambassador, as your lunch menu is finished by the professionals. Then, sit down to enjoy the menu with your host, each dish paired with Estrella Galicia beer
